The VERVE® Technique Barbell is a barbell specially designed to aid a lifter in refining and developing their technique by being as structurally similar to a full size barbell at a fraction of the weight - 7kg. The technique Barbell has the exact same shaft, knurl, knurl marks and finish as the MAVRIK 20kg Barbell but with shorter sleeves and 13kg LESS WEIGHT.
